Visa Services Refunds
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Application Not SubmittedIf the customer cancels the application before we submit it to the consulate or embassy on their behalf, we can fully refund the client of all fees.
- Application DeniedIf the application was already submitted and the application is denied, the portion used for the government application is not refundable and will be in compliance with the embassy or consulate refund policies. However, visa agent service fees are 100% refundable in the event that the application is not successfully approved.
- Late Refund RequestIf the refund is not requested within 12 hours, we may not be able to refund any transaction fees associated with the transaction, which may be 2-7% depending on the payment method.
- Incomplete DocumentationIf the customer does not submit full documents, or we determine that they are not eligible for whatever reason before finalizing the application, then they are eligible for a refund.
The following cases do NOT qualify for a refund:
- Application Already ProcessedIf the application has already been processed and submitted to the consulate or embassy, no refund will be provided for the government application fees.
- Change of MindIf the customer decides to cancel the application and our team has not started processing or submitted it yet, they can change their mind. If the refund is requested within 12 hours and on the same day, we can offer a full refund. Otherwise, a 2-7% transaction fee will be charged to process the refund.
Premium Plan Refunds
Most features on our platform are free to use. However, for our premium plans, the following refund policies apply:
- Prepaid Long-term PlansIf you have prepaid for a long-term plan and wish to cancel early, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining full months of your subscription.
- Monthly PlansFor monthly subscription plans, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used months.
- Used ServicesNo refunds will be issued for already used time or consumed tokens on the platform, regardless of subscription type.
